Six Weeks Old

Hello Friends,

We are working on our "big dog" behaviors now that we are six weeks old. The wee wee pads get a workout as does our nanny at keeping our pen cleaned up! Most of our time is still spent just the same; we eat like crazy and play and sleep. We are getting better at playing with our toys to amuse ourselves, but love to swarm around our nanny when she comes in to see what we are up to. We are very cute when we run in a little pack together. It is hard to believe that we will soon be able to go to our permanent homes. We will post next week with more photos and what we are doing.

5Weeks Old

Hello Friends,
We are growing so fast. We are still gaining weight and our legs are getting longer. That lets us get into more mischief and makes it easier to climb over each other! We love to eat out of our big puppy bowl, and try to get into mom's too. We are learning that barking and whining gets us attention and that kisses and cuddles are great things. Toys are starting to become interesting, maybe one day we'll be able to make them squeak ourselves! We hear that soon we have to go to the vet--that should be an adventure!

Four Weeks Old

Hello Friends!
We are very busy puppies these days. We have now begun trying to play with our toys and enjoy chewing on lots of things that we shouldn't. Our big event is that we have begun eating some puppy food mixed with a puppy formula so that we don't have to wear out our mom so much. We really "get into" the eating aspect and make quite a mess most of the time. We had begun getting into mom's food, so now we have our own.
When we aren't getting into mischief,( which includes trying to take mom's rawhides),sleeping and eating are still high on our list of activities. Our new weights range from 2 lbs up to 4 1/2 pounds.

Three weeks old: We're taking over!!

Hello friends!
We have taken over our nanny's room and are trying to explore every nook and cranny. We just got moved out of our pool because we don't stay in it anyway! These days we much prefer to lay on mommy's bed or just on the floor.
We are growing fast and trying to become "big" dogs. We are starting to bark and growl. One favorite activity is to chew on each other's noses.

Two weeks old

Here we are at now two weeks of age! We still don't do much but sleep and eat, but we can be amusing even then according to our nanny. She says we have begun trying to bark in our sleep and we seem to be already chasing things as we sleep as well.
We now weigh from one pound up to two pounds and four ounces. We all have names as well so our caregivers can tell us apart. Our eyes have begun to open although we can't focus real well yet and some of us are finding that we can stand up on our legs to try and walk. We can't wait to be able to escape this pool and explore!!

A week old and growing!

New photos of Linda's puppies. Our seven girls and four boys are growing at a good rate. They range in size from 8 ounces to 1 pound and 4 ounces at this time. They move around like little fish in their wading pool home and can make a ruckus when hungry! Keep checking in for future updates!
